Received a call from some lady claiming to be part of the electric company that we failed to pay and lights would be cut off. Called our provider and said we had no threat of disconntection. Definitely a scammer trying to get money out of us.

This number I got from someone pretending he works for PGE. PGE will disconnect my electric because I did not pay my bill; I told them it is auto pay. He said the person already send out to disconnect the power. I must pay within 30 minutes. He told me to use MONEY PAK to pay. I said I will go to PGE and pay, he said too late. I must pay right away. I called other PGE number. They said no such case.
