VERY credible Impersonation of WE energies (Wisconsin). Claiming your meter needs to be swapped and tells you they've sent notices (which of course you haven't gotten) and you now have 1 hour to authorize the swap and given the last minute rush they need $485 fully refundable deposit... (at which point I hung up). They had me convinced until that last bit. They first call you from a different number and give you a name a Unit # and a ticket # and then ask you to call this number. When you call this number the recording is EXACTLY THE SAME recording as the legit WE energies customer service number. This is a well designed and put together scam which falls apart only when they ask for money. The ONLY true customer service number for WE energies is listed on their site and other literature. If in doubt call that number and inquire about the supposed service required before you proceed.
