It said this is a message from" ATT Chinese boys department", followed by something in Chinese. I have no idea what chinese boy's department might be!

Scammer called from this number 18005543806, claiming to be from my local Utility Company (Pacific Gas and Electric), demanding payment within 30 minutes to avoid disconnection. I called PG&E directly and confirmed that my account was up-to-date.. How do scammers sleep at night, or even kiss their children!!

Recorded message said it was from Apple and my iCloud account had been tampered. Don't own an Apple device or use iCloud.
