Scam
It is a recorded message telling you that your SSN is suspended. I looked it up and on the FTC website it says that your SSN cannot be suspended, and such an important announcement would not be given to you via phone call. If anything, it would have been sent to your listed address. Block, do not even pick up if you can.

They called on 11/13. Left no message. The phone # is registered to a legit business in Evanston IN, but the # could easily have been spoofed.

Said my social security number had been used fraudulently at the Texas border on a recording. Told me to press 1 to talk to an agent. When I pressed 1, someone said 'hello' but didn't say anything else. I said you should know what this is about; you called me. When I said I thought this seemed like a scam. They hung up.
