Called to say my social insurance is compromised and then started flirting on the call

I didn't pick up and got what sounded like a recorded call in (possibly) Chinese. I have received calls over the last few years from a woman at a private number who speaks an Asian language but no English, and I am concerned she is looking for a family member who maybe had my number before I did. I would like to know if the message I got from (800) 635-9163 was related or not--it's not likely I'll ever know!

This number I got from someone pretending he works for PGE. PGE will disconnect my electric because I did not pay my bill; I told them it is auto pay. He said the person already send out to disconnect the power. I must pay within 30 minutes. He told me to use MONEY PAK to pay. I said I will go to PGE and pay, he said too late. I must pay right away. I called other PGE number. They said no such case.

Do not be alarmed by this number. It is a COVID scam. Your SIN is not under investigation and the Govt of Canada will never call you with an automated msg. Help spread this.

This call was claiming to be the government of canada and that fraud was happrning with my social insurance number. Also that a warrent has been issued for my arrest because of the above...When i claimed its a feaudulent call they said to contact my local police and hung up.
